Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing Tobacco: Strictly Prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. Please make alternative arrangements for your furry friends.
Maximum Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for your villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.
Damage & Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
Cleanliness: Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use
designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.
